There are many constituent elements in this program under IIVS because of their diverse nature and special skills required. Each element or wing requires identification of useful man power dedicated to such wing. Careers are available in the following categories in general to work on honorarium or salary or no salary basis.
Categories
- Employees with a service motive and not with a salary but a lump sum honorarium for meeting general liabilities and willing to be residents
- Employees with a service motive and not with a salary but a lump sum honorarium for meeting general liabilities and willing to be in the adjourning villages
- Full time employees with salary
- Full time employees on contract basis – contract for one year or less, renewable on need basis.
- Retired experts willing to be full time residents with family members, offering their expertise as service to IIVS.
- Retired members willing to work as part time, doing teaching or research guidance and even visiting occasionally
- Skilled persons for various types of tasks will work on full time basis.
- Unskilled persons can be either on contract or on job work basis
- Infrastructure requires a special deal and can be entrusted to very reputed agency which can contribute labor, architectural skills and implementation while the cost for materials can be billed to the institution on a no profit basis
