Smt. E. Rani Samyukta Vyas

Born in a traditional Sri Vaishnava family brought up by highly cultured parents. She received her Intermediate education from womens college. In her student days she participated in many cultural activities in music competitions won several prizes and received the appreciation of elders. On June 22nd 1955, she was married to Sriman Ekkirala Vedavyasa. After her marriage Dr. Vedavyas, her husband appread in IAS and got selected and served in IAS in various prominent positions of the Govt. With encouragement from her husband while working as a house wife Smt. Rani Samyukta Vyas studied for B.A. Many great spiritual teachers, Acharya Purushas were born in ekkirala familiy and she received great spiritual wealth and samskaras by becomming a daughter in law into the family.

She has four sons and one daughter, all of them received higher education and settled in life. Her husband Guruji Dr. Vedavyas a great spititual master has been know in later days as Bhagawan Vedavyas Guruji as he became inspiration to many dicsiplies. In his company his diciplies and devotees gathered and received initiations and Rani samyukta ji become “Matru sri” and many of them evolved into spiritual persons. She loved the diciplies and devotees like her children on Par with her children as mother and lived her pious life as holy mother. At the ripe age of 72 years she authored a book on Tirupavai which was released by his holiness Peethadipati of Vanamalai of Nanguneri in Tirumal. She also authored a book on Jillelamudi in August 2011. She also wrote many inspiring articles in Subhavarta. She also released an audio book on evolution of sadhakas titled Paysam lo Garite.

She is an inspiration and icon of motherhood guiding, instructing and advising diciples of Guruji on the spiritual path. She is constantly moulding Rishi Vatika to a Shape as she knows that University of Vedic Sciences is a dream project of      Dr. Vedavyas.

Shri Poojya Guru Rayaru

Sri Guru Rayaru is a great avadhuta living in Lakkasandra about 3 kms north of Ghati Subramanya near Bangalore. He was born in Feb 1942, in town called Gubbi in Karnataka. He did Tapasya for 23 long years in Bangalore and various other places. From his early years he has been a precious child, he was not knowing to talk and virtually silent for many years after birth. In this ascepct he has similarity to the great Namma Alwar of Tiru Nagari of the south.

He moved to Lakkasandra in 1970’s into a small dwelling unit and worshiped Raghavendra Brindavan (Mruttika). Many devotees and disciples came around over a period of time and built an imosing structure for Raghavendra Brindavanam. Many holy places and many times he frequented Mantralayam of Raghavendra Swamy. He has been a great devotee of mantralaya Raghavendra Swamy. He call Guru Raghavendra as ‘appa’ meaning father, his divine father.
Sri Guru Rayaru blessed many people and guided several hundred of devotees when ever they were in difficulties in life. He blessed many families by granting them devotion and providing them comfort and ‘Atma Stharya’. He insprired people to render serevice to humanity. He established an order where anna dana (offering food to all devotees who visit him at Lakkasandra. His kitchen runs round the clock and food is served at any time of the day or night and many pious men and holy men visit them. He is very reverential to holy people and sadhus (monks and sanyasis) In later years he wished his devotees to render medical service to the sick and the poor. In reverance to his wish a charitable trust is regesterd and established with 21 devotees. The guiding principle is to serve as Narayana Swarupis. The Trust is called Sadguru Arogya Research Foundation Trust (SARFT). This Trust adopted a medical centre with qualified doctors in Dodballapur promoting Ayurvedic system of medicine.emple Devotees of Vedavyas Bharati Trust along with devotees of Guru Rayaru together built a Temple for Panchamukhi Anjaneya at Lakkasandra.

Sri Guru Rayaru was familiar with Sri Vedavyas Guruji’s life works and his writings. Though both did not meet in person, Sri Guru Rayaru has an inner feeling that he had been very close to him. He guided his team of disciples in and around Bangalore to fulfil Shri Vedavyas Guruji’s wish to establish University of Vedic Sciences. To this effect he guided the devotees to a place in mid way to Bangalore and Tirupati. After the land was purchased he performed the Bhumi pooja himself for the Rishi Vatika main block. In two years time during the Kartika Poornima day in 2013 he inagurated the Rishi Vatika main Ashram Block. He also visited and blessed the devotees during his vist to Vedavyasa & Sapta Rishi Temple.

Shri G.S. Raju

Born in Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh, Sri G.S.Raju studied B.Sc. Mathematics in Andhra University. Astronomy was one of the subjects. He did his engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in Communications (1966). He joined in Defense Research for a short while in Hyderabad. On selection of UPSC, he joined the ministry of Communications and worked for 36 years out of which, in New Delhi for 22 years and balance in Bangalore. He worked in various capacities till he retired as Deputy Director General in charge for Technology issues in Southern Region of India, covering four Southern states.
After being introduced to Dr.Vedavyas Guruji since 1966, he has learnt many astronomical links in the Vedic literature.

He represented India in UN Development Working Groups for 3 years on Mobile Communications and Cellular systems. He represented Mobile Satellite Group of Studies as ‘Rapporteur’ in Asia Pacific Telecommunity’ for a Group consisting of 57 countries.

His writings include Vedic Sciences in Mahabharata, Our Universe, ten Seminar publications edited, two Telugu books :Endukandee meekee srama? Another audio book Chivaraku migiledi’.

He is Managing Trustee of Vedavyasa Bharati Trust, Bangalore and founder of International Institute of Vedic Sciences, Rishi Vatika, Vice-President of USCEFI

 

 

G Santa Rani

From her early age of 10 years she was imbibed with the spiritual practices and ideals of selfless work from Sri Guruji Dr.Vedavyas. She was the first editor of Subhavarta in Delhi which was inspired by Guruji Sri Dr.Vedavyas.

She is the Trustee of Vedavyasa Bharati Trust and a Co- founder of Rishi Vatika and is working for establishment of educational institutions in Rishi Vatika.

She co–authored the book ”Spiritual Living and Targets in Life” by contributing to many spiritual ideas and intense spiritual experiences with her long association of Shri. Guruji Dr. Vedavyas and her husband Sri G.S.Raju for over 48 years since her marriage.  She also co-authored in Telugu: ‘Endukandee mee ki Srama?’
